Australian Toga, Singapore’s FE Orchard in Asia-Pacific, European hotel JV

Australian Toga Group, parent of Europe-based Adina Apartment Hotels, has signed a joint venture with Singapore-listed Far East Orchard to invest in hotel development, acquisitions and management in Germany, Denmark and Hungary as well as in Australia and New Zealand. FEOrchard put up €180m for the JV.
