Singapore’s HH Properties Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between niche property development group, Hiap Hoe Limited, and SuperBowl Holdings Limited, an owner and manager of leisure and commercial properties, todayannounced the completion of its S$300 million integrated development with the unveiling of the Ramada Singapore at Zhongshan Park and Zhongshan Mall.
Managed by Wyndham Hotel Group, Ramada Singapore atZhongshan Park is opening on 18 May 2013 and follows the successful opening of the DaysHotels Singapore at Zhongshan Park in December 2012. The 17-storey Ramada Singapore at Zhongshan Park is currently the only four-star international chain hotel in the Novena area. Offering a combined total of almost 800 rooms across the three- and four-star hotel segment, Ramada and Days Hotels Singapore at Zhongshan Park is the first hotel-by-the-park development in the country and plays an integral part in the transformation of the Balestier locale.
