Pan Pacific Hotels Group appoints Gary Moran as General Manager of PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road
Singapore, 11 March 2013 – Pan Pacific Hotels Group has announced the appointment of Gary Moran as General Manager of PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road in Singapore, conveniently located within the vibrant cultural district of Little India.
In his role, Gary will oversee the daily operations of the 534-room property and be responsible for driving service and performance excellence to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue for the hotel.
A British national, Gary has close to 20 years of luxury hotel management experience in the United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia, with Marriott Hotels Resorts and Movenpick Hotels Resorts. Under his leadership, the hotels regularly registered commendable scores in customer satisfaction and employee engagements surveys, as well as brand standard audits.
As General Manager of Movenpick Hotel Resort Al Bida’a, Gary received the Excellence Award for demonstrating outstanding leadership, sound business management and active community engagement at the 2011 British Business Forum in Kuwait.
Prior to joining Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Gary was the General Manager of Movenpick Hotel and Spa in Bangalore, India where he oversaw the completion of the hotel which marked the launch of the Movenpick brand in the country.

In June, the PARKROYAL brand will extend its footprint to China with the opening of PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Green City, Shanghai.
